The History
Scarred 4 Life Tattooing is a cornerstone of the Carrum Downs community, founded in 2009 by artist Cosi.
The name draws powerful inspiration from the
iconic Australian rock band Rose tattoo's song "Scarred For Life", capturing the idea that the marks we carry - whether on our skin or in our hearts - tell stories of resilience, growth and lived experience.
The shop was created with a simple vision:
to build a close-knit family of artists who genuinely care about their clients and the local community.
A place where every visit feels like coming home, where stories are shared, trust is earned,
and people leave feeling seen, respected,
and proud of the art they wear.
In the heart of Carrum Downs, S4L continues to celebrate individuality, strength, and connection
