PIERCING AFTERCARE

1. Do not touch or play with the piercing or rotate the jewellery. Touching the piercing increases the risk of infection and disrupts the healing process. 

 

2. Do not change the jewellery for the first 6 to 8 weeks or before the piercing is completely healed. 

 

3. Spray new piercing with aftercare solution twice a day (one spray in the morning and one spray at night). Overuse of piercing spray is not recommended. Cleaning piercings with salt water or other methods is also not recommended. 

 

4. Use of mouthwash to clean fresh oral piercings is not recommended. Drinking alcohol should also be avoided for a few days after receiving an oral piercing. 

 

5. Clean piercings, if needed, with cotton tips and clean warm water.
